Open Box
Open Box phones come in original packaging, but the manufacturer’s seal has been opened. The device may have been handled, returned or inspected before being offered for sale.
Open Box products usually provide a near-new experience at a more competitive price than factory-sealed devices.
A1 Grade
A1 devices are previously owned phones in excellent cosmetic condition. They show little to no noticeable evidence of use during normal inspection.
The screen, housing and bezel are generally very clean, making A1 devices suitable for retailers and customers looking for high-quality used phones with an appearance close to new.
A2 Grade
A2 devices remain in good overall condition but may show light scratches, faint blemishes or minor signs of previous use.
These marks are usually visible only during close inspection or under angled lighting. A2 phones are well suited to wholesale buyers and customers looking for dependable devices at more accessible prices.
Cosmetic Grade and Functionality
A phone’s grade mainly describes its visible physical condition. A lower cosmetic grade does not automatically mean that the device performs poorly.
